Taylor won 6 total Teen Choice Awards last night including the Ultimate Choice award making her the most honored winner in the history of the show! Other awards included Female Artist, Female Country Artist, Country Single ("Mean"), Break-up song ("Back to December") and Red Carpet Fashion Icon.

• Taylor Swift has been singing all her life and her motivation is her grandmother who was a professional opera singer.
• She began locally performing around her town at the age of 10 and at the age of 11 she sang the national anthem before a Philphadelphia 76ers game
